The person i spoke to, 'Jerome' didn't appear to know the difference, he's then restricted my account permanently and just cut me off chat abruptly. I received no customer service whatsoever, he basically asked me if i wanted to close my account permanently, which i found confusing as i just wanted to close my account, i did not want to self exclude, I'm an experienced gambler and comfortable with playing games online. When i did get through to someone, i explained that i wanted to close my account as i wasn't happy with the games and didn't really receive any bonuses. What really annoyed me more than anything was the customer service, trying to get past the bot to a real person on the online chat is a real challenge.
